Raspberry Crush: Easy No-Cook Raspberry Freezer Jam

Making homemade jam seems impressive, but it is seriously so easy! If you have access to some berries, this is a delicious and easy way to use them.

Raspberry freezer jam

Here’s what you’ll need:

4 cups of crushed berries (I used raspberries since we have them growing at our house)

1.5 cups of sugar

1 packet of Mrs. Wages No Cook Freezer Jam pectin

Mason jars

1) Crush berries in a large bowl. Make sure you crush the berries before you measure them.

2) Stir together sugar and pectin in a separate bowl.

3) Add crushed berries to the sugar and pectin.

4) Stir for 3 minutes.

5) Pour into mason jars, screw on the lids, and let sit out on the counter for 30 minutes. Makes about five one-pint mason jars.

6) Store jars in the freezer for up to a year, and in the fridge when ready for use.

That’s it! This jam recipe is so simple and is bursting with real, juicy raspberries. It tastes so much better than the stuff you buy at the store. It also has a lot less sugar than other freezer jam recipes. Try it out and see how delicious and simple it is.
